Lauren Passell

Lauren Passell (she/her) is founder and CEO of Tink Media. She is the curator of Podcast The Newsletter and Podcast Marketing Magic and writes about podcasts for Lifehacker. Her list of 100 Podcast Marketing tips was called “GOLD” by Glynn Washington. Lauren has spoken about podcast marketing at conferences and classrooms all over the world, from Podcast Movement to SXSW to Harvard.

 

Anne Baird

Anne Baird (they/them) is the COO of Tink Media and one of our resident Fiction Podcast Experts. As a certified mathematics nerd and business enthusiast, Anne spends their days keeping our chaos reined in so we can manage successful campaigns and their free time running around with horses. They are also one of the co-founders and the Chief Financial & Operating Officer of Hug House Productions, a podcast collective that focuses on spotlighting stories by and about marginalized groups.

 

Devin Andrade

Devin Andrade (she/her) is a digital content producer, co-founder of Two Market Girls, and creator of Podstack, a podcast recommendation newsletter. She has worked on the production side creating podcasts herself and for organizations, and currently works with podcasts every day to support their growth and marketing. Devin has also developed a micro-credential course for accessibility in podcasting at Seneca Polytechnic in Toronto, Canada.

 

Shreya Sharma

Shreya Sharma (she/her) does marketing, PR, and outreach for Tink. She previously wrote Inside Podcasting, a newsletter covering industry news and podcasts, with a special focus on independent creators. She co-hosts Sounds Profitable’s weekly show The Download. Known to break into dance and song when anxious, Shreya quotes heavily from Gilmore Girls and loves Jane Austen. She splits her time between Vancouver, Dubai, and the magical world of sci-fi audio drama.

 

Aakshi Sinha

Aakshi Sinha (she/her) is a singer-songwriter who found her love for podcasts while working on Kal Ki Parchai (Yesterday's Shadows) for her college thesis. She is currently expanding her knowledge and skills in the podcast industry at Tink Media.

 

Faybeo'n Mickens

Faybeo'n Mickens (she/her) is a hip hop fusion artivist, DJ, songwriter, music curator, educator and marketing creative.  She found a passion for podcast marketing while working on Def Jam’s Here Comes the Break.  Fay has spoken at Podcast Movement, Apollo Theater, Comic Con and the Brooklyn Academy of Music. She is a proud auntie and cat mom.

 

Holly Brown

Holly Brown (she/her) is a stand-up comedian, podcast marketer, and graphic designer from Los Angeles. She has helped launch an e-commerce company with a social impact initiative and has done graphic design and marketing work for award-winning restaurants, activist movements, and podcasts. Lately, you can find her passionately helping podcasts grow with Tink and hosting her long-running sold-out show at the Hollywood Improv. She also loves calling dogs good boys, Bob Dylan, disco, and a few hundred other things.

 

Andreea Coscai

Andreea Coscai (she/her) is a digital marketer and podcast producer passionate about multicultural investigative reporting. Her latest podcast is titled Who Holds Up Half the SkyIn 2020, she founded the first NGO that promotes leadership and networking for young women, Her Time Romania. She spent her childhood in Romania, lived in China for 2 years, and moved to the United States in 2018.

 

Wil Williams

Wil Williams (they/them) has worn many hats in podcasting. From writing for Bello Collective to being the CEO of Hug House, they’ve sprinkled magic in different aspects of podcasting. We are SO pleased (and starstruck) to have them join our team.

 

Ilana Nevins

Ilana Nevins (she/her) is a podcast producer, editor, and marketer. Before podcasting full-time, she worked in communications for organizations focused on live storytelling, tribal peoples’ rights, climate policy, and international journalism. Ilana produces shows about design, disability, creativity and workplace culture. She is thrilled to be joining this brilliant team of podcast lovers!

 

Tonia Ransom

Tonia Ransom (she/her) is a horror writer and World Fantasy Award-winning creator of horror podcasts NIGHTLIGHT and Afflicted. Before becoming a podcast creator, she worked in marketing for more than a decade, doing everything from copywriting to statistical data analysis. She lives in Austin, Texas, and loves chilling in the woods, being a mom, and practicing transcendental meditation.

 

Arielle Nissenblatt

Arielle Nissenblatt (she/her) is the founder of EarBuds Podcast Collective, a podcast recommendation newsletter and podcast. She's the community manager at SquadCast, a remote recording platform. She's a graduate of the Salt Institute of Documentary Studies.
